When you submit your order, we assume that you are a commercial customer.
- A take-back of goods properly delivered goods is expressly not intended. In exceptional cases, this may be allowed after prior consultation. However, there are reimbursement costs for the goods check and restocking which are calculated with min. 20 Euro or 20% of the value of the goods. In any case, a previously agreed return shipment for ASMETEC must be made free of freight and incidental costs.
- Shipments that are not prepaid will not be accepted.
- A return of goods specially procured or specially prepared for the customer, duly completed; delivered goods are excluded.
