PU sponge rolls are used in PCB industry , printing industry, glass industry, foil industry and many more to scrub, dry or clean flat surfaces. Compared to traditional leather based rolls the PU rolls offer benefits such as cheaper pricing, longer life time and leaving no pressure marks.
PU is a micro-porous material used fore draining and moisture transfer in many various manufacturing processes. They offer excellent water absorbing and retaining properties, soft hand, very durable.

Asmetec can offer customised sponge rolls in outer diameters from 15 to 250 mm, length from 30 mm to 200 cm, with or without carrier roll.

Length: 300 mm (can be cut easily by sharp knife)
