The measuring microscopes series METOCHECK YM-7504 convince by easy handling, excellent image, rugged design, extensive expansion capabilities with optional accessories. Simply place the microscope on the measuring field, focus and then its ready. Thanks to the transparent acrylic foot, the surface to be tested from all sides is cost. Focusing is performed by turning the ring. The representation of the object is carried out in mirror image. The optical system consists of a lens and an ocular with dustproof integrated scale. By coated lenses sharp, high-contraimages can be obtained. There are 4 different lenses in magnifications 2x, 4x, 6x, 10x.
Since YM-7504-series is a value priced alternative to PEAK series 2034 eyepiece and lenses can be used from PEAK as well.

The eyepiece always has a 10x magnification, but different scales with both metric and imperial divisions. The lens can be moved by turning of the adjusting ring, so that the scale can be adjusted depending on the diopter of the viewer. The respective magnification (objective) associated eyepieces with built-in measuring scales can be easily replaced by pulling it out. If additional objectives are used only for visual inspection, you need no further eyepieces. To measure in various magnifications, however, the lens and the right eyepiece must be inserted into the microscope. The lateral illumination with the flashlight ELM allows measurements on dark surfaces or in dark rooms. Two 1.5-volt AA batteries are required (not included) for operation.

We supply the microscope in a padded transport box, which provides additional space for accessories. Higher stability get the microscopes of the 2034 series by incorporating in optional tripod type MKH or type MST. These are an essential accessory for measurements on curved surfaces.

A cheaper alternative are our USB cameras series UCMOS-EP, which are simply used instead of the eyepiece into the microscope. A supplied English software for Windows-based computer allows you to save pictures and simple measurement tasks.
