Duo-Layer antistatic table mat, 2 mm thick
This ESD table mat has a dissipative upper layer of special rubber with surface resistance 107 to 109 Ohm laminated on a conductive, non-slip rubber layer with surface resistance 103 to 105 Ohm.
Both layers provide excellent resistance to oils, greases and most solvents commonly used in electrical engineering. The upper layer is solder-proof, holds solder spatter up to 120 ° C.
We supply this ESD table mat as a rollware 10 m long without snaps. If you need 10 mm snaps mounted in the table mat, we can add them for an extra charge.
Scope of application:
Table mat for workstations in electronics, circuit board, assembly, repair area, optics, clean room and ESD areas. Also suitable as a shelf cover.
Grounding:
The ESD table mat can be grounded under the mat by means of conductive, grounded adhesive tape (for example, aluminum or copper tape) or mounting additional snaps and grounding cord.
