ESD woven fabric, 156 g/m², light blue

Original METOCLEAN ESD-woven fabric Type SF40, which is used in our ESD garments like ESD-smock UX40, shirt MS40, womens shirt WS40 etc.
Fabric SF40 has woven width of 162 cm and is offered per meter (MOQ is 5 meter).

Static dissipative woven fabric in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007
Carbon loaded yarns in grid 4 mm, double carbon loaded yarn in the weft
Fabric width: 162 cm
Fabric weight: 156 g/m²
Composition: 62% Polyester, 34% Cotton, 4% Carbon loaded yarn
Machine washable up to 40°C
Durability of ESD properties: more than 100 industrial launderings if laundered to instructions
Do not bleach, do not use acid or alkali, ironing at medium temperature, tumble dry at medium temperature.

Electrical properties:
Point to point ressistance R_p: 10⁵ ~10⁷ Ohm, requirements acc. 61340-5-1: R_p < 10¹¹ Ohm
decay time: 0,5 ~ 0,9 s /U < 150 V, requirements acc. 61340-2-1: < 2 s * 10% of initial value /max 1000V
