The VIEW-20 is made of clear acrylic and can thereby light come from all sides.
The special design of Beta-MAG and -View magnifiers allows viewing objects also from a distance of 10 to 20 cm. The field of view, which is approximately 6 mm in applying the optics of the eye, reduced at a distance of about 10 cm to 2 mm and is completely free of distortion. (Distance 20 cm = field of view of about 1 mm).
Because of the color-corrected optics Beta magnifiers are widely used especially in the printing industry.
Even at a distance of 20 centimeters you clearly can see print dots. Ideal also for register control.
Another big advantage using the loupe at distance to the eye is that no shadow falls throughthe lens to the object to be inspected.
The loupes special designed lens system with anti-reflex coating and distortion free aplanatic lenses composed in 3 elements in 2 groups are ergonomic and easy on the eye.
It focused by turning the lens when held close to the eye. With a lock ring the lens can be fixed. Then the loupe is held at an optimum distance for the user.

This loupe is also available with magnificaion 10x and 12x
