PEAK 1972-1000-S Glas scale 1000 mm, incl. 2 x loupe 10x
Precise glass scale with increments 0,1 mm
The glass scales ( glas measuring rods) of the series PEAK 1972 and 1972-S are ideally suited for quick and easy measurement of larger distances. In contrast to conventional scale loupes, lengths up to 1000 mm can be measured exactly according to the type of the glass scale.
The Peak 1972-S series is supplied with two magnifiers type Peak 1983 (aplanat, 10x, field of view 20 mm) and is available in these measuring lengths: 300 / 500 / 700 / 1000 mm. It is supplied with a stable box.
The acrylic sliders to hold the loupes are also available as spare part.
The increments come with different heights:
division 0,1 mm: height 1 mm
division 0,5 mm: height 1,4 mm
division 1,0 mm: height 1,8 mm
division 5,0 mm: height 2,4 mm
division 10 mm: height 3,0 mm
The glass body made of float glass has a good optical transmission, width 49 mm, thickness 9.8 mm, the length varies with the scale version.
For the measurement please be aware that the glass scale is positioned parallel to the sample to avoid measuring errors. The applied divisions are black, sharp but not scratch-resistant. The plot thickness is 0.020 mm with an accuracy of +/- (15 mm +15 / 1000 L) μm.
All glass scales are manufactured to international standards and are delivered without a calibration certificate. On request, a certificate can be issued for a surcharge. VDI / VDE / DGQ 2618, sheet 27Ü (for lengths up to 300 mm), whereby the delivery time is then extended by approx. 2 weeks.
Cleaning:
Recommended cleaning: isopropanol, soft lint-free cloths, distilled water. Pre-wipe with IPA soaked cloth on the mask side without pressure. Do not use acids, alkalis, normal water, abrasive or linting wipes
