Deepness measurments in 1 µm resolution
The measuring microscope 2034-CIL-300K is the ideal tool for depth measurement example in the PCB production for control of blind vias. The virtually backlash-free, coaxial propulsion allows for exact focusing of the focal planes. To achieve this, the microscope body from the series PEAK 2034 was modified. With the standard 30-fold objective, which corresponds to a 300-fold magnification, one achieves a shallow depth of field, which is necessary for you to work precisely. Of course you can perform with the microscope also completely normal width measurements. The smallest division of the built-in eyepiece scale is 1mm. The measurement length of the scale is 0.2 mm long and the field of view is 0.48 mm
Lighting
The integrated coaxial illumination is powered by an external battery box (2 x AA Mignon cells). A potentiometer allows to control the brightness of the bulb.
Depth Measurement
Important for optimum measurement results: always focus the upper and lower focal planes from the same side. This will ensure that she incorporates a low backlash no inaccuracies in the measurement. Here the coaxial illumination directly through the lens plays an important role. Only thanks to this light guide Sharpness levels can be recognized at all. For quick adjustment to fine-focusing can be pushed aside. For measurement of the dial gauge, after the first focusing is set to zero, then focuses on the next level.
